This year, Kiara has been bred to Brady. It is a half brother/sister breeding on Cyrus, one of our foundation males. We expect the pups to take after their double grandfather, Cyrus, in looks, intelligence and trainability. We were very pleased with Kiara's last litter of pups and are expecting more of the same.
Based upon the Sire and Dam characteristics, pups can range from medium small to medium with heavy bone and excellent substance. Both Kiara and Brady excell in trainability. Kiara learned all of her obedience in class and did not require any other work to learn new things. Show her a couple of times and she retained it. Kiara has a very pretty face but her short legs and tendency to carry extra weight has won her the title of "sausage" dog. We love her and her personality makes up for her short stature. Brady was our obedience dog. He accompanied me to all of the training seminars and behaved perfectly. He, too, was a fast and willing learner. Neither dog has the stubborn Weimaraner trait.
All of our pups are sold with non-breeding papers. Should you want to breed your pup, we can petition AKC to change the pups status to breeding if the hips are xrayed after 1 year of age and found to be free of dysplacia. The additional charge is $100.
