Several years ago we shipped two longhair gray females to DR Lorenzo in Argentina. You can imagine how happy we were to hear that descendents of those pups were available here is the US. We purchased a longhair gray female pup, Sarah, from Stephanie Lee of Tucson, Arizona in 2005. We don't usually buy a pup from another breeded but we have been looking to add some hunting background to our pedigrees. Our current dogs make nice personal hunters and we didn't want to loose that ability. When we heard the Stephanie's pups were 3/4 German import and 1/4 Valkyrie breeding, we just couldn't pass it up. The German side of Sarah's pedigree is heavy into field trial work. We picked Sarah from photos and a video. What a beautiful dog. She is very birdie, learned quickly in obedience/agility training classes and has great conformation and very nice coat. We are so pleased and can't wait to see how she matures.
